We accept card payments from anywhere in the world, place your order and
your card company will convert the transaction your own currency.

We accept most major cdebit and credit cards including American express.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.
Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
If you do not wish to pay online, you can send your card
informationvia phone or by post.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping
cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake no problem.

Shipping And Handling -

Delivery Schedule - We deliver your order as quickly as possible,
some of the JudeToo products are bespoke and there will be a delay
of up to 28 days, please check the details for each each product,
you will find these details clearly in view on it's ownpages.
Normally your order for other products will be despatched to you
in 7 business days.
International orders are normally received in under 14 days.

You must please inform us within two working days if the goods arrive
damaged or are lost in transit so that we can make a prompt claim
against the delivery company.
Please don't forget to quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient
evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.
You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order
if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

we are a small business and are TVA and VAT exempt so there is no added tax.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers
areencrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach
ourcomputer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
